Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Tristar Mechanical Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and monitor progress
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems, and read blueprint, schemas, and drawings
  • Plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials, and acquire land
  • Prepare reports, bids, and other project-related documents
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
