Job Title: Associate Manager, Social Media & Content Creator - TikTok

We're looking for a talented Associate Manager, Social Media & Content Creator - TikTok to join our team. As a key member of our social media team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Social Media Manager in content creation and development, implementing and executing social media strategies, and managing community management accounts across all TikTok accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Social Media Manager in content creation and development alongside the Creative team.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in the implementation and execution of social media strategies.
  • Support the Social Media Manager with onboarding and day-to-day management of the Social Media TikTok Associates.
  • Responsible for task management across the TikTok Team in relation to planning and scheduling posts.
  • Own the execution of daily posts, maintain and develop the content calendar, monitor analytics, and maintain accounts on key social media channels.
  • Assist in managing community management accounts across all TikTok accounts (including TikTok Shop).
  • Stay up to date with DECIEM's product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns.
  • Assist the Social Media Managers with creating and implementing strategy for brand activity on TikTok for all brands.
  • Support with the production of successful live streaming events, including hosting livestreams.
  • Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development.
Requirements:
  • Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required.
  • Knowledge in current events and pop culture.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in all current social platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SEO/Marketing tools is an asset.
