We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securico Security Inc.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate the work of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide leadership and direction to security personnel.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. security, law enforcement, business administration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in security operations and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
