Business Controller West Canada

VINCI Construction Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team in West Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to senior management, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Professional designation (CPA/ master degree in Finance/ business school)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting in a multi-divisional organization, preferably with experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience with SAP ERP (kheops/E Cube) would be highly appreciated
- Adeptness in building and implementing reporting systems to meet reporting requirements
- Strong MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
- French language skills would be an asset, but not required
