Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and train food service staff to meet business needs
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- College or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
