Pernod Ricard, a leading spirits and wine company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd. in Windsor, ON, Canada. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bottling facilities.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled trades personnel in maintaining and improving our bottling operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd. policies.
- Lead and manage a team of skilled trades personnel to maintain and improve bottling operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and resources.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
Requirements:
- College diploma or trade certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
