We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Incorporated.
Job SummaryThe Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Prepare and review production and other reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects and ensure compliance with budget.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
