Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at S. K Transportation Inc. as a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including trial balance and statistical reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
