We are seeking an experienced Transportation Administrator to join our team at ABL Employment. As a leading employment agency, we specialize in placing candidates in entry-to-mid level office, admin, call centre, and customer service jobs.

Our clients are looking for skilled transportation administrators to support their peak season operations. If you have experience working with 3PL, distribution, and warehousing companies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently process data entry, load planning, and coordinating transload shipments.
  • Create freight bills and offload manifests.
  • Monitor inbound overseas containers/shipments via ports online portal.
  • Plan and coordinate upcoming shipments.
  • Scan and upload paperwork into our in-house system.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide updates.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Prepare consolidated reports and manifests, and file relevant documents.
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience working in a transportation department, preferably with a 3PL or warehouse.
  • Transportation knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
