Job Title: Content Lawyer Corporate and Private

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a skilled Content Lawyer to join our team. As a Content Lawyer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality content that reflects leading legal and business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor trends and legal developments in Corporate and Private M&A law
  • Recruit and manage relationships with legal practitioners and firms across Canada to create and deliver content
  • Make recommendations concerning overall content strategy and direction
  • Work within a cross-functional team to execute on content and product development strategies
  • Have a proven track record in digital content editing and management
  • Be proficient in using content management systems and digital publishing tools
  • Possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Be knowledgeable about SEO principles and content optimization techniques
  • Have excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Be familiar with data analysis and reporting tools for content performance evaluation
