We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at O&B Blue Mountain. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Communication: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a high level of food safety and quality, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment.
- Certifications: Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- Skills: High attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, organizational skills, sales ability, and strong oral and written communication skills.
