We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide administrative support to our Quality and Safety team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, sending invitations, and taking minutes.
- Prepare and update various documents, such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality and Safety team, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Grade 12 plus graduation from a formal secretarial program.
- Three years of recent related experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary range of $48,476 - $63,624 per year.
