Your Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
  • Oversee the management of international assignment programs, navigating complex tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on Canadian and US personal and payroll tax matters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal frameworks.
  • Mentor and develop a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of our Global Mobility Services practice by identifying new opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on international taxation.
  • Proven leadership skills, demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
