Global Mobility Tax Services Manager

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Tax Services Manager. As a key member of our Global Mobility Services team, you will be responsible for providing Canadian and US personal and payroll compliance and advisory tax services to our multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements of various sizes and manage all aspects of a client engagement;
- Provide tax compliance management services, including Canadian and US personal tax, tax returns, tax projections, tax equalizations, and tax briefings with assignees;
- Advise on various mobility issues, such as business travelers and cross-border remote work arrangements;
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff;
- Review the work of junior staff for accuracy and completeness.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a public accounting firm specializing in personal Canadian and US tax and/or expertise in cross-border Canada-US payroll matters;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth;
- Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism in the performance of duties;
- Emphasis on quality and adding value to client offerings and services;
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills;
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel experience;
- Effectively manages conflicting demands and priorities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interaction with staff and clients;
- Able to instill enthusiasm in others to achieve desired results;
- Able to provide persuasive and self-assured responses to challenging questions.
KPMG Canada offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program, including a base salary range of $85,500 to $128,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
