Purchasing Agent Job Description

KANDYFIRMZ LTD. is seeking a skilled Purchasing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies in accordance with company specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms.
  • Review and analyze quotations to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Establish and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers or clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and oversee operational logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
