Position Overview

The Aerospace Mechanical Engineer will play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into tangible products across various divisions. This position emphasizes the importance of in-house production and vertical integration, reflecting our philosophy of hands-on creation. We have equipped our facilities with state-of-the-art technology, including robotic welders, metal additive manufacturing machines, CNC plasma cutters, and composite ovens, allowing for unparalleled design and production capabilities.

If you are passionate about engineering and have a knack for building innovative solutions, this role will provide you with the unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects in the aerospace field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, testing, and manufacturing processes of mechanical systems.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and models.
  • Fabricate mechanical systems using various machining tools, including lathes, mills, and 3D printers.
  • Conduct independent research to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in designing and constructing mechanical systems, with a portfolio showcasing personal projects.
  • Expertise in working with materials such as metals, carbon fiber, and plastics.
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace industry and a passion for space exploration.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and project management skills.

Work Environment
