The Sport Instructor is a key role at i9 Sports, responsible for delivering expert instruction in their designated sport. This hands-on position involves leading athletes and providing a positive youth sports culture on the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule during the weekends (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
