Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Sundine Produce Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 truck drivers and ensure they are equipped to handle their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
