Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at Galaxy Home Furnishing Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and analyze production and other reports to optimize delivery operations.
  • Train or arrange for training of delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the team is working effectively.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and supplies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and basic security clearance.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, organized, and team player.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trucking industry.
