Food Service Operations Manager

CuppaJoe Coffee Roasters is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement budget plans to optimize food and supply costs
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer experience
- Modify menu offerings and pricing strategies to align with business objectives
- Monitor revenue and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of business strategies
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
