Schedule:

We're open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and some Fridays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a positive impression on patients from arrival to departure.
  • Optimize appointment schedules to minimize gaps.
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries with a smile.
  • Overcome objections to motivate patients to keep appointments.
  • Bill patients, take payment, and send claims to insurance.
  • Effectively manage the recall system and maintain patient databases.
  • Process referral letters and patient correspondence.
  • Manage and file patient records and charts.
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients.

About You:

  • Clinical background is considered an asset.
  • Experience with dental software is a plus.
