Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team, providing top-notch preventative care services to our patients. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized patient care, promoting oral health education, and collaborating with our dental professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Preventative Care Services: Provide thorough assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate preventative care services for patients, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
- Oral Health Education: Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on maintaining good oral health.
- Patient Loyalty: Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior.
- Education: Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree.
- Licensure: Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing.
- Certification: Valid CPR certification.
