Department Head, Clothing, Weston Road

As a Department Sales Manager of Clothing, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in the clothing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to drive business growth.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked department.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.
- Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset.
