Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 10166435 MANITOBA INC. in a permanent full-time position.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient operation of the gas station.
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain inventory levels.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Participation in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
  • Cultural competency training and awareness.
