Program OverviewOur GWAM Ops grad program supports 8 different business units under the Operations umbrella, with locations in Toronto, Waterloo, Halifax, and Montreal. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and gain valuable experience in areas such as:
- Performance Measurement and Analytics: Delivering timely, consistent, and high-quality performance measurement, attribution, and analytics services.
- Middle Office Operations: Providing daily support to our Fund Managers and Traders, as well as interaction with our Institutional Clients throughout the end-to-end operations lifecycle.
As a member of our team, you'll have access to:
- A comprehensive training program that focuses on three key areas: Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement.
- Professional development events that focus on building soft skills, networking, and mentorship.
- A community of new graduates working in GWAM operations from across locations, all willing to learn and connect with each other.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
