What is the Opportunity?

Please be advised that the specific location will be determined, and the successful incumbent must be mobile within Southwestern Manitoba.

As a seasoned Investment and Retirement Planner at Royal Bank of Canada, you will create customized investment solutions for prospective and existing clients. Leveraging internal partnerships and referrals, you will drive new investment sales and provide world-class advice to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored financial planning strategies using a comprehensive array of investment and portfolio solutions.
  • Acquire and consolidate existing and new clients, expanding RBC's market share.
  • Connect clients with the right RBC team members to ensure seamless service and continuous support.
  • Establish and nurture external business referral sources through strategic networking, marketing, and partnerships.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP)
  • Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning
  • Proven track record of networking and client acquisition
  • Ability to build strong partner relationships
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in mobile applications
  • Bilingualism in English and German is an asset
