We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide support on an as-needed basis across various locations. This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated, skilled, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

  • Promote and sell postal products and services to both businesses and the general public
  • Accurately sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist customers by providing necessary information and required forms
  • Address and resolve any delivery or service-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent educational background
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Familiarity with postal systems and operations
  • Ability to lift and manage mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to be available on an on-call basis

Work Environment

This position encompasses multiple Retail Sales Associate roles available in various locations. Candidates residing within a reasonable distance from the post office may be considered.
