As a Retail Associate - Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maximize sales and customer engagement
