The Role

We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Equipment Technician/Heavy Duty AG Mechanic to join our team in Yorkton, SK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections of equipment. You will also be required to complete detailed notes on work orders and recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
  • Work on a wide range of agricultural equipment and brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, and Caterpillar agriculture products
  • Complete detailed notes on work orders and recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment
  • Participate in manufacturer training and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
  • Work in the shop and/or field as needed
Requirements
  • Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic certification
  • Experience with agricultural equipment, preferably with a background in farming or agriculture
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges
  • Proficient with computer and electrical diagnostics, including CANBUS troubleshooting and using an Electronic Scan Tool
