Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Supervise heavy duty equipment mechanics and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory role in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement and Agricultural Equipment Technician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
