Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team at Canadian National Railway. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, analysis, and execution of innovative procurement strategies that deliver sustainable enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies that drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
- Monitor and analyze key contracts, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and promote value creation.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide data analytics and insights to inform procurement decisions and drive business outcomes.
- 4-5 years of experience in procurement analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with procurement software and systems, including SAP and Ariba.
