Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-20 staff members to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality.

  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:
