Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at BLUE OAK TRANSPORT LTD. as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the organization's growth and profitability.
  2. Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  3. Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  4. Co-ordination and Control: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish financial and administrative controls.
  5. Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to support business objectives.
  6. Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the effective utilization of staff.
  7. Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
