Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at BLUE OAK TRANSPORT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  2. Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  3. Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  4. Co-ordination and Control: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments and establish financial and administrative controls.
  5. Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance the organization's reputation and brand.
  6. Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the organization's talent needs are met.
  7. Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
