Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at KHK Imperial Enterprise Ltd. as a Store Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain work schedules, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Accessibility: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers, visible minorities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
