Operations Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Trainer to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As a Change Management Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to help our clients achieve and sustain project goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training needs assessments to identify client requirements
- Design, adapt, and tailor training material content to meet client needs
- Manage and deliver training sessions to client managers and front-line supervisors
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels
- Strong one-on-one coaching skills and ability to design and deliver customized training material
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint
- Fluency in a second language (French)
- General business knowledge and experience in sectors such as Automotive, Utilities, Consumer Goods & Services, Energy & Resources, Forest Products, Health Care, Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Telecommunications, and Transportation & Logistics
- Permanent, full-time position
- 3 weeks of paid vacation + Christmas time off paid
- 10 medical days
