About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fruits and Vegetables Manager to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our produce inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of fresh produce to ensure timely delivery to our stores.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage inventory levels, and optimize logistics.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and freshness of our produce.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of produce coordinators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
