Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face and voice of our brand, delivering an elevated and authentic shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present products in a compelling way consistent with our brand experience guidelines and model selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and product.
  • Deliver individual sales goals that contribute to team and store success.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, maintaining an optimistic, positive attitude and being flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives.
  • Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for entire work shift and lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed).
