We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales results by effectively merchandising products, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and engaging with customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and checking in shipments
  • Perform store maintenance tasks, such as taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
