Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client interactions and ensure the delivery of high-quality services while adapting to new regulatory mandates that affect financial disclosures.
  • Implement and manage standardized practices, processes, and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team to ensure effective oversight of joint-venture operations and maintain key relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new business initiatives and evaluate client-specific agreements alongside internal policies.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members, ensuring a robust training framework for subordinate managers and staff.
  • Assess the implications of regulatory shifts and proactively manage operational risks at the business level.
  • Uphold the principles of Risk Excellence and demonstrate ethical decision-making in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant management experience, ideally within a public accounting audit firm or a financial services organization.
