Key Responsibilities- Relationship Development
Develop and foster positive relationships with colleagues and residents, ensuring proactive and timely resolution of concerns.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Ongoing OperationsMarket, show, and rent apartments, collecting applications and deposits as required. Ensure timely collection and deposit of rental payments, and initiate follow-up where necessary.
Essential Service and EmergenciesBe accessible 24/7 to provide essential service in emergency situations, and be aware of fire and life safety procedures.
Requirements- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills;
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to resolve difficult issues;
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
