About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Vkam Automation & Security Systems Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of precision and efficiency.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
  • Contribute to general office duties, supporting the smooth operation of our team.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
