We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Scene+. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. Your goal will be to ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain identity provider (IdP) solutions, fraud management tools, and CRM platforms.
- Administer and manage user access controls, implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and set up new integrations for applications.
- Manage and maintain fraud detection and prevention systems, monitor and analyze suspicious activities, and provide timely responses to fraud alerts.
- Manage the CRM environment, including user management, security settings, and system configurations.
- Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure, deploy and manage AWS resources, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPCs.
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual infrastructure and systems integrations, perform regular system audits, updates, backups, and patch management.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures, create and maintain IT systems, processes, and procedures documentation.
- Experience managing identity provider (IdP) solutions, fraud management tools, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with network and server management in both Linux and Windows environments, as well as cloud computing services in an AWS environment.
- Curiosity and analytical drive to find root causes, resolve problems, and prevent recurring issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple ongoing assignments under tight timelines, and navigate the demands of stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
