Job Summary

Exalted Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting and metal shaping machines.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality control standards.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and select the most suitable welding process.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Work Environment

As a Welder Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a hot and dusty environment.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
