Job Overview

Pioneer Food Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Define the range of services to be provided and implement effective operational procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the establishment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct team members, addressing any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Staff Training: Train employees in their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports, including budget and cost estimates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service consistently meet quality control standards.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Team Management

The Restaurant Manager will supervise a team of approximately 16-20 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
