Job Title: Manager, Savings & Retirement Marketing

At Equitable Life of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Savings & Retirement team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and support our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our marketing approach.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize future initiatives.
  • Work closely with our product and distribution teams to ensure alignment and support of our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
  • Creative mindset to devise innovative marketing campaigns that drive business results.
