About the Role

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. You will also be involved in visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and maintaining store appearance
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
