Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Jessica Di Federico. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to infants and children in a home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining a clean and organized home.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and ensure children are fed on time.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes activities such as bath time, dressing, and feeding.
  • Engage children in play and educational activities to promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Keep records of daily activities, including meals, sleep schedules, and any notable events or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
