About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Svitla Systems, Inc. as a key member of our development team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based legal case management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure seamless integration with our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Work closely with our infrastructure team to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of our applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
