Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Jungle Jim's. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist customers with special needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Will train.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure.
